Hello! My name is Molly Wienberg and I will be a long-term substitute teacher in Mrs. Hiort's 5th grade class this coming school year. I graduated from UNH in the spring with my Masters in Elementary Education after a year-long student teaching internship. During the summer, I work as a tennis instructor at Dartmouth College. I love to play tennis! I also enjoy golf and skiing. I love to spend time with my family and friends and can always be found reading a good book. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was very young and I am eager to begin my career as a Panther!
Welcome! This is my eleventh year teaching 5th grade at North Salem Elementary School. Here is a bit more about me:
I have a true love for learning! I received my undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Elementary Education and Special Education from Rivier College. I then went on to further my training through Lesley University; earning my M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. I recently graduated from Fitchburg State University, where I completed a CAGS program (advanced graduate studies) in Special Education and Educational Technology. I love learning new things and am always trying to better myself for my students.
When I am not teaching, I love being outdoors. I enjoy going to the beach (especially along Cape Cod!), skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, running, and anything else that gets me moving! I also love reading; it's so important to read everyday!
