About Me

This is my seventh year teaching Kindergarten at North Salem.  I have enjoyed my time with both  half day and full day classes.  North Salem is truly a great place to learn and grow!

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education at the University of Delaware.  Upon graduating I began teaching in a third grade classroom for one year and a first grade classroom for three additional years.  I spent several years at home with my young children before returning to my first passion--teaching.  My daughter is now 10, a new middle schooler, and my son is 7, currently in first grade.

I recently earned a Master's Degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Curriculum and Instruction, and have recently begun a second program focused on Literacy. When I am not at school I enjoy running, reading, cooking, skiing, and lazy days at the lake with my family.
