Congratulations to the Key Club for making the Make-A-Wish Fundraiser Dinner a huge success!
National FBLA week was February 7th through February 13th, 2016. The Salem Chapter of FBLA was very busy participating in fundraising, socials, and community service projects including Blue Jeans for Babies, to help raise money for the March of Dimes. They also had FBLA t-shirt day, a Valentine's Day Party, and a food and clothing drive.
The Salem High School Science Club participated in the Model Bridge Building Competition that was held in Boston on February 6, 2016. The competition was hosted by the Boston Society of Civil Engineers. Students that participated include Ricky Jefferies, Laura Perrault, Diego Prieto, and Cecilia Souza.
Congratulations to Jimmy Flynn for being named Mr. SHS 2015! Another congratulations to all the individual category winners!
Congratulations to Jacob Dufton and Shaina Gilks for being September and October Senior of the Month. Recipients were chosen based on excellence in Character, Leadership, Service, Citizenship, and Academics.

If you are interested in traveling to exciting competitions and working with technical experts, then join SHS’s new Robotics Team. Students who participate are also eligible for over 20 million dollars of scholarships. If you are interested, please see Mr. S in room V203.
