Activities to complete if you are out for an extended time

Choose 1- 2 activities from the list each day to complete

1. Read a book and write about it in your notebook.

2. Read a book on Bookflix and write a letter to recommend it to someone.

3. Write a letter to Mrs. Rasco.

4. Write a letter to a friend or family member.

5. Read a book to a stuffed animal.

6. Play a game and tell how to play the game in your journal.

7. Go outside and play if you can.

8. Write an opinion story about a toy, a restaurant or place. Give 3 reasons why this is the best.

9. Read about a topic on PebbleGo and make a poster to go with the topic.

10. Write a story in your about a favorite toy in your notebook.

11. Write a book about something that is the best. Give 3 reasons in your book. Staple together.

12. Play a word game or make a word game using opposites, words with -ing, -ed or est.

13. Make a list of  winter words in your journal and put in ABC order.

14. Write a song using 1 little, 2 little, 3 little ________________ 4 little, 5 little, 6 little _______, 7 little, 8 little, 9 little _______, 10 little ____________________.

15. Write a list of 10 words that begin with the letter in your name. Ex: Rasco- rabbit, ring, red, read, 

16. Write a silly story using the first letter of your name in your journal.  

17. Write a movie review about your favorite movie including 3 reasons why this is the best movie.

18. Write a math story using addition or subtraction on each page. Staple together.

19. Make 10 flash cards using addition.

20. Make 10 flash cards using subtraction,

21. Make a chart showing the ways to make 10. Ex: 0 + 10   1+9  2+8
