Team 12: About Miss Dacey

Welcome! I am so excited to be teaching team 12 this year! I grew up in Salem, and even attended Salem schools. I was a Lancaster Wildcat! This is my 7th year of teaching in Salem, and my 5th year teaching second grade. I have also taught both half day and full day kindergarten. I received my undergraduate degree from Boston College in 2009, and my Master's degree in mathematics in 2014.  I love working with children of all ages, and I hope to inspire my students to be life long learners. 

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family! I spend a lot of my time working out, and I love running races with some of the teachers here at Soule School! I also LOVE college football, and you can often find me supporting my college team, the BC Eagles, at football games all fall! I enjoy reading, and you can often find me reading books and magazines about running!
