SHS School Counseling: Transcript Requests

Any alumni needing official high school transcripts can request them one of the three following ways: 

1. Fill out and fax the Alumni Transcript Request form:

2. Call Jamie Arnfield in the guidance office at 603-893-7075. 

3. Email Jamie at jarnfield@sau57.org with the following required information:

• First and Last Name (at time of graduation) 
• Year of Graduation 
• Date of Birth 
• Your Phone Number 
• Complete address where to mail official transcript 
• Indicate if you graduated through Continuing Education (evenings)
