2-1-1 is an initiative of Granite United Way in partnership with Eversource and serves as online and telephone resource connecting NH residents to a wide variety of resources for assistance in both the health and human services fields. The National Alliance on Mental Illness can help you to stay informed and obtain resources in your area. 

Students and their families are eligible to receive food assistance simply on the basis of need. Please contact your school counselor if you are in need of assistance in providing food for your family. 

 

Drug Free NH provides resources for families, teens and communities about substance misuse prevention, treatment and programming in NH. 

 
New England Pastoral Institute provides services in psychotherapy, education, consultation and crisis intervention. The Salem office is at 15 Ermer Road, Suite 215.
 

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services offers a wide range of information including health care coverage, family support, health and wellness, suicide prevention, drug and alcohol prevention and abuse treatment, and more.

Center for Life Management is located in Derry, NH and offers emergency, adult, group, child and family counseling services. 

 

Southern NH Services provides home energy assistance for eligible families.  

The Upper Room offers programming for parent education, anger management, court diversion and more. Their office is located in Derry, NH and can be reached at 603-437-8477. 

 

The South Central Public Health Network is made up of several local agencies working together to promote good health. Priorities include Behavioral Healthcare Access, Injury Prevention, Substance Misuse Prevention, Health Eating and Active Living, Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Young Adult Strategies for healthy living.
