Today you need to complete two assignments.

First, write a reflection about yesterday's discussion: 

Think about the course of your group’s discussion.  Provide a reflection on how well you functioned in the group and how well your group functioned as a whole.  Include and underline five of the following terms in your response: Dominance, Miscommunication, Problem Analysis, Criteria Selection, Solution Generation, Solution Evaluation, Solution Implementation, Non-Threatening Questions, Bias.

Use google docs and share it with me.

Second, create a blog post discussing goals you have for yourself in group situations.  What do you need to improve on in group communication?

To prepare for those Thanksgiving conversations, todays reading on conversation flow will give you some ideas on Invitation and Inspriation in a conversation.

Directions:

1. Go to this website
2. Then click on "The Secret of Conversation Flow"
3. When you get to the bottom of the page click "Dive in" to get more specific information.
4. At the bottom of each page, there is a link to take you to the next topic. (you'll go to a total of 5 pages)
5. While reading the pages, use the concept map to take notes on coversation flow.
