Learning Together: Team 3: Reading

Miss Camuso's First Grade Class

Reading Strategies!

First Week of Reader's Workshop!

We have talked about good reading habits this week. Readers make sure they take a sneak peek at their books before reading it. After they have finished reading, they do something! They think about their favorite part, they reread the story, or they retell the story to themselves.

Partner Reading

There are three ways to read with a partner:

1. Echo read

2. Choral read

3. See-saw read

Reading partners sit knee to knee, and shoulder to shoulder.
