Hawks: About the Teachers

Woodbury Grade 6 Team Site

Mrs. McCready

Hello! I am looking forward to a great year. This is my 16 th year teaching here at Woodbury. I taught 7th grade ELA for 10 years, and this is my 6th year teaching 6th grade. I grew up in Salem, and went through the Salem School District.  I have have two children-Colin (7), and Jenna (4).  I love spending time with my family- skiing, running, and just being outside. My ultimate goal is for your child to enjoy reading and writing!

Mr. Hutchinson

Welcome to the Hawks team!  This is my 35th year of teaching middle school math (Yes, I know I'm old) and my 31st year in grade six.  I just finished a 4 year stint in Grade 7.  I live here in Salem and both of my children graduated from SHS.

Mr. Huebner

I have been teaching Middle School Science for almost twenty years now.  I love teaching science here at Woodbury!  I grew up in Salem and graduated from Salem High in 1992.  I now live a half hour north and have a have a wife Tricia (not Tardif), daughter Caryl and son Matthew.  Caryl is in 8th grade, and Matthew is in 7th grade.  We all spend a lot of time at the soccer field and on the water, fishing or boating.  I'm looking forward to a great year!

Previously, I was at West High School working in their dropout prevention program. I currently live in Manchester with my husband Tyler.
