Materials needed for class each day:

*3 ring binder (with paper)

*a pen or pencil

*homework that is due

*homework/assignment notebook

        -Materials provided to students in beginning of the year

 

What is covered in ELA.: We will be doing A LOT of reading and writing! We use the workshop model in class, we will work on improving student literacy, and writing. 

 Units to include:

-Narrative Writing and Reading

-Informational Writing and Reading

-Argument Writing and Reading
