Search Tips

After logging in, it is recommended you select the ProQuest link to search newspapers as shown below. The graphical version does offer some nice features but it does not include citation information. 

In this version you will find that each article has a citation link.  You must drop down and select MLA 8th Ed. and then also

Think of this citation as a starting point, as it often needs to be revised to meet MLA 8th Ed. requirements.
