BS, MA, CAGS I received my BS in Biology and my MA in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!). After I graduated, I spent 5 years teaching 6th grade science, 4 of them at the Woodbury Middle School. When I heard that the district was adding 2 K-5 STEM Integrator positions, I jumped at the opportunity, because it is something I've always wanted to do.
I began teaching first grade at the Haigh School in 2000. I transferred to the fifth grade at Lancaster School in 2002. In 2017, my passion for project-based learning motivated me to become a K-5 STEM Integrator.
