Macs is a loveable cockapoo and is a Reading Education Assistance Dog or “R.E.A.D. Dog.” Often, students find it intimidating to read in front of classmates, but love to read to a non-judgmental, calming dog. Dog owner, Blaire McCarthy of Windham, has completed training and Macs is a Registered Reading Dog. We are grateful for Mrs. McCarthy’s offering of her time and her dog, Macs.
