What are Google forms?
Forms, part of the Google apps suite allows anyone to gather information, create surveys or 
quizzes.
There are a variety of question options such as: multiple choice, dropdown list, checkboxes, short answer, paragraph, etc.
It is possible to add images, videos, graphs, photos to your questions or answers.
Automatic grading is only possible for the following questions types:
- Multiple choice
- Checkboxes
- Dropdown
