Load-in Options

From Loading Dock:

  • Double standard doors (5’ 8”x 7’ 10”) with removable center post
  • 90° turn into back hallway then onto stage

From Oversized Doors:

  • Accessed by parking at Main Entrance
  • Oversized doors (6’ 8”x 9’ 10”) into Scene Shop, 90° turn through second set oversized doors onto stage

Orchestra Pit

Pit can be accessed from the house via a small staircase or by load in through an underground tunnel.

Capacity: Can hold more than 35 players plus instruments.

Pit has plenty of power, along with audio/video hookups, blue lights and work lights.

When Wenger pit cover is removed a safety net is stretched across the opening with a removable conductor’s hatch.

Stage Features

Main Curtain is Blue Velour.  It is dead hung, and opens from center.

Stage Floor is permanent black dance Marley.  We are unable to drill into the floor so other means of stabilizing are required. (Please contact Technical Director with any questions about weight loads onstage.)

Dressing Rooms

Directly off SR is a Green Room (17’x 12’), which then splits into two separate dressing rooms (13’ x 15’).  Each dressing room has its own bathroom.  Dressing rooms are equipped with counters and mirrors along one wall and clothing rail on opposite wall.  Door directly out of dressing rooms leads to back hall with loading dock.  Dressing room audio feeds are provided from house console mix.
