Infinite Campus -- Salem School District's Student Information System -- offers an online portal that provides parents/guardians secure, web-based access to information about their students. Features vary by grade level, but information available will include: attendance, schedules, gradebooks and assignments, and report cards.

What is the Campus Parent/Student Portal?

Campus Portal is our tool for parents and students to access instant, online, timely and secure student information: class schedule, assignments, attendance, course registrations for next year, report cards and transcripts.

Campus Portal is a means to further promote educational excellence by enhancing our program of communication with parents and students.

 

How do I create my portal account?

NOTE: Parents and students have separate accounts.

Parents: All guardians of Salem students can set up web portal accounts in order to view information for each student enrolled in the district. An activation code is required to set up your parent portal account. This is typically sent home in a letter from the district prior to the start of the school year. If you do not have an activation code, please contact the Salem IT Department at (603) 893-7069 x5700.

Students: Portal accounts are automatically created for all Salem School District students prior to the start of the school year. Students use the same username and password to access the portal that they use for logging into the Salem school network. 

 

I forgot my username or password?

Parents: You cannot reset your password from the login screen. Click the link to reset your password or recover your username. This will require you have access to your Account Security Email account. 

 

What kind of information is on the Portal and what can I do there?

Parents: The Parent Portal offers a view of all your students' academic activity and allows you to update household and emergency contact information and preferences. 

Students: The Student Portal provides middle and high school students a connection to classes, teachers, assignments and more. Students are introduced to portal account access starting in sixth grade.

What is the Annual Update?

To assure your household and student information is accurate, parents can update any changes to their phone numbers, email addresses, guardian status, or emergency contacts through the Parent Portal.

Do I need to set up an account before using the Mobile App?

Parents will need to create an account via the Web Portal PRIOR to being able to log into the Mobile App. Student accounts are set up by the district.

 

What is my username and password for the Mobile App?

Parents log into the Mobile App with the same username and password that you created for the Web Portal. Students use the same login information they provide for school computers.

 

I'm getting an error message on the Mobile App? What do I do?
