Infinite Campus -- Salem School Districts Student Information System -- offers a Parent Portal that provides parents/guardians secure, online access to information about their students. Features vary by grade level, but information available will include: attendance, schedules, gradebooks and assignments, and report cards.
What is the Campus Parent/Student Portal?
Campus Portal is our tool for parents and students to access instant, online, timely and secure student information: class schedule, assignments, attendance, discipline, course registrations for next year, report cards and transcripts.
Campus Portal is a means to further promote educational excellence by enhancing our program of communication with parents and students.
How do I create my portal account?
NOTE: Parents and students have separate accounts.
Parents: All guardians of Salem students can set up web portal accounts in order to view information for each student enrolled in the district. An activation code is required to set up your parent portal account. This is typically sent home in a letter from the district prior to the start of the school year. If do not have an activation code, please contact the Salem IT Department at (603) 893-7069 x5700.
Students: Portal accounts are automatically created for all Salem School District students prior to the start of the school year. Students use the same username and password to access the portal that they use for logging into the Salem network. Currently, only middle school and high school students utilize this feature.
I forgot my username or password?
Parents: At this time, you cannot reset your password from the login screen. Usernames and passwords can be updated by contacting the Salem IT department at (603) 893-7069 x5700 (M-F, 7:30am-3:00pm) or sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What kind of information is on the Portal and what can I do there?
Parents: The Web portal offers a view of your student's academic activity and allows you to update contact information and preferences.
Students: The Web Portal provides a connection between you and your classes, teachers, assignments and more.
How do I get the Mobile App?
The Infinite Campus Mobile App is available for download to tablets/phones at the Google Play and Apple stores.
How do I select the Salem version of the Mobile App?
With the newer version of the Mobile App (2017) you no longer need a DISTRICT ID. After opening the App, you simply enter "Salem" then select "New Hampshire" to connect with the Salem School District version.
Do I need to set up an account before using the Mobile App?
Yes. You will need to create an account via the Web Portal PRIOR to being able to log into the Mobile App.
What is my username and password for the Mobile App?
You log into the Mobile App with the same username and password that you created for the Web Portal.
