Racer Information

Arrival Time
Please plan to be at the Registration Tent no later than 30 minutes prior to your heat’s start time (see above). This will allow enough time to check-in, collect your bib and t-shirt(s), and arrive at the warm up corral when your heat is called.

ALL parking will be in the student parking area adjacent to the SAU building and on the north side of the high school. Please reference the course map for an overview of where to park and register.

This event is rain or shine and will be held unless conditions are deemed dangerous. That said, come prepared for the conditions. Racers will get wet and muddy even if the conditions are perfect. There will be a handwashing station at the finish line, but you may want to bring a change of clothes for racers before getting back into your car.

Vendors & Activities
You're welcome to come early and stay after your race to enjoy the many vendor and community service booths that will feature free items, games, food, and other activities.

Photos & Designated Watch Areas
Parents will be allowed to view and photograph their children from designated areas in the middle of the fields. Please do not go under taped areas of the course or interfere with racers. We also have EPP Sports joining the booth area offering optional photos of your racer.

Scramble Conclusion
The Scramble will conclude 30 minutes after the final heat or at approximately 1:00 p.m.
