Athletic Training: Home

Salem Athletic Training

We established this site to help create the safest athletic experience for ALL Salem athletes. Please contact us with any and all questions and concerns you have. We feel that the best possible communication will help us provide the best possible athletic training services.

Our athletic trainers (AT’s) are nationally certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association and licensed by the state of New Hampshire to practice athletic training under the direction and guidelines of medical physicians. AT’s are educated and trained to assist in prevention, recognition, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injury and related illness.

To meet the needs of our athletes, the athletic trainers are at the high school after school each weekday, cover all home competitions, and cover some away competitions. The athletic training room is generally open weekdays from 2:15-5:30pm with the exception of multiple home events or an occasional personal conflict. Parents and athletes are always welcome to seek us out on the sidelines of any sporting events when needed. Athletic trainer availability on Saturday’s and during school vacation is advertised though the coaches.
