Summer Enrichment Program: Baking 101

Baking is a fun skill that releases creativity and provides delicious results.  If you love baking or just want to learn how, join us as we work together to make easy desserts that are delicious and sure to please. We’ll learn basic baking methods such as the creaming method, muffin method, and yeast dough production.  We will make and enjoy baked goods that may include muffins, cookies, crepes, and more in this fun, hands-on class. Please let us know of any allergies upon registration. Bring a snack and drink. 

For students completing grades 5-7 in June 2025

Schedule: 5 classes: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-12:00 noon, July 21-25, 2025  CLASS IS FULL, WAITLIST ONLY
