Cooking Skills
For students completing grades 5-7 in June 2025
Course Description
Learn your way around the kitchen! If you enjoy cooking or want to learn some skills to start cooking on your own, join us for this week-long program. You will learn the basics, such as how to handle a knife, how to use professional cooking equipment, and how to make some simple recipes you will be able to recreate on your own at home. We will make quesadillas, pizzas, mac and cheese, and more! Please let us know of any allergies upon registration. Bring a snack and drink.
