Summer Enrichment Program: Hand-Crafted Chocolates

Calling all chocoholics! Indulge in the art of chocolate making in this fun, hands-on class! Learn how to craft rich peanut butter cups, decadent truffles, and refreshing peppermints from scratch. You'll master molding techniques to create gourmet confections. Perfect for beginners and chocolate lovers alike, this class will provide step-by-step guidance and plenty of delicious chocolate treats to take home. Please let us know of any allergies upon registration. Bring a snack, water, and apron (if you have one).

Schedule: 3 classes: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 9:00 am-12:00 noon, July 15-17, 2025
