Summer Enrichment Program: History Club

History Club

For students completing grades 5-7

Course Description

This club will bring together students that have a shared interest in history and social studies. Our goal will be to build reading, research, communication, and analytical skills students need to become competent citizens and leaders. We will look at major historical events of the last 100 years, and the roles that American citizens played in these events. An emphasis will be placed on drawing connections between historical and current events. Students will need access to a Chromebook.
