Summer Enrichment Program: Introduction to Photography

Take your photos to a whole next level. In this hands-on introduction to photography, students will explore the fundamentals of capturing stunning images. Through engaging lessons, they'll learn about the different types of photography, the essential parts and settings of a camera, and the key components that make up a great photograph. Students will dive into various composition techniques, lighting principles, and creative approaches to enhance their photography skills. Whether you're using a phone or a DSLR, this class will provide valuable tips and tricks to help you capture beautiful images. Laptops will be provided.  Bring your phone, DSLR camera (if you have one), lunch and water bottle.

For students completing grades 6-11 in June 2025

Schedule:  8 classes: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:30-12:30 pm, July 7-17, 2025
