Earn your National Restaurant Association Servsafe Manager Certification in this two day, eight hour, English language, instructor-led course with proctored online exam. Most foodservice establishments in New Hampshire are now required by law to have a person in charge who is a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM), and passing the exam will mean compliance for your establishment.
