Facility Use Requests
Incident IQ will allow you to request facility use, view your event details, receive updates, and communicate with the district more easily.
Access to Incident IQ is available through two separate links:
• the event reservation request portal, used for submitting new event requests
• the event management portal, used for viewing and managing your existing upcoming events
To view your upcoming events, log in to Salem’s event management portal using your email address and the password you received. This page is used only to view and manage your existing upcoming events.

To log in for the first time, please follow the steps below:
Incident IQ Click Here to access our event reservation request portal.
- This link should be used for submitting new event requests moving forward.
- Select “Reset your password”
- Enter the email address that received this message.
- You will receive an email from “Incident IQ Notifications” containing a new password.
- Your password is now updated. You can use this new login information for both URLs when requesting new events and viewing existing ones.

After you set up your account and log in, you can submit an Event Ticket for facilities usage.
