The Salem School District uses an online tool – Incident IQ – to allow you to request facility use, view your event details, receive updates, and communicate with the district more easily.

To log in for the first time, please follow the steps below:
Access our Incident IQ Event Reservation request portal
This link should be used for submitting new event requests moving forward.
To create a new account, click the “Register a new account” button:
Forgot your password?
- Select “Reset your password”
- Enter the email address that received this message.
- You will receive an email from “Incident IQ Notifications” containing a new password.
- Your password is now updated. You can use this new login information for both URLs when requesting new events and viewing existing ones.

After you set up your account and log in, you can submit an Event Ticket for facilities usage.
