How to Register Your ParentSquare Account

Access ParentSquare (Phone or Web)

ParentSquare can be accessed via a common web portal or through a mobile app. All families have been added to ParentSquare with information stored in our student information system.

Register Your Account

Register: Provide Your Phone or Email:

Set up your account by entering the phone number or email address you provided to the school. Then follow the directions to verify your account and create your password.

Device Verification

Beginning July 31, 2024, ParentSquare will include a device verification process upon login. As part of the process, you will receive a 6-digit code to verify you own the device you are using (computer or phone).

When logging in from a new device, users will first be asked to enter their username (an email or phone number.) Before entering their password, they must verify their email or phone number once every six months per device. This extra step ensures that even if someone gains access to their username, they cannot proceed without also having access to their email or phone.

Confirm Contact Information

Confirm Your Contact Information:

Upon login, you will be asked to verify/confirm your email and phone number are correct. This is a one-time process that will send codes to your phone and email.
